DCP Midstream Partners and integrated energy company EQT Corp. have signed a letter of intent to form a joint venture that will hold natural gas processing and related liquids infrastructure in the Marcellus and Huron shale gas plays in the Northeast US.The move is the latest example of companies teaming up on shale gas projects in the Appalachian Basin.
