LNG imports into Japan and China rose in April. Japan imported 7.05 million tons of LNG in April, up 2.1% year-on-year and down 0.69% from the month before. The Japan Crude Cocktail, which is used as the benchmark for LNG for local buyers, was $111.15/bbl in April, down $4.45/bbl from March.
