Costa Azul Expects Third Quarter Imports From Indonesian Facility

The first liquefied natural gas import terminal on the North American West Coast expects to start receiving regular gas shipments in a few months. Sempra Energy's Costa Azul LNG terminal has a contract with BP to receive 1 billion cubic feet in shipments from the su-permajors liquefaction plant in Tangguh, Indonesia and project leaders tentatively expect to have the shipments in by the third fiscal quarter of this year, in late summer or early fall.
