El Names Pemex CEO Petroleum Exec of the Year

Energy Intelligence Group, publisher of Natural Gas Week, said Pemex Chief Executive Emilio Lozoya has been chosen by his industry peers as this year's Petroleum Executive of the Year. The 2014 award, based on votes cast by top global industry executives, will be presented to Lozoya on Oct. 29 at an honorary dinner during the 35th Annual Oil & Money Conference in London. The conference is jointly convened by Energy Intelligence and the International New York Times.
