Sean Parnell met with the North Slope's top producers to discuss exporting North Slope LNG from southern Alaska last week (p1), a state-owned corporation and the state's Speaker of the House were preparing an arrangement for an in-state gas pipeline that could eventually partner up with a large-diameter project.
