First Energy Purchasing Rights To Norton Energy Storage Project

Haddington Ventures, a midstream energy firm, announced last week that its subsidiary, CAES Development, has sold the rights of the Norton Energy Storage Project to First Energy Generation.Developed by Haddington, the project is a compressed-air energy storage facility on a 92-acre site in Norton, Ohio, capable of developing more than 2,000 MW of storage in a 2,200-foot-deep inactive limestone mine.
