Winter's approach has failed to lift Asia's appetite for LNG in the way sellers had hoped.Tumbling oil prices and ample inventories have combined to open a wide gap between bids and offers for Atlantic Basin cargoes.With oil prices hovering around 60 per barrel,Asian buyers are seeking oil-parity pricing of around 12/MMBtu,slightly above the UK National Balancing Point plus freight,but unacceptable to sellers looking for 15-16MMBtu.
