Bakken Flaring Could See Big Drop, Adding More NatGas to Market

The US natural gas market might soon have yet another source of supply — but not from a new play. An expansion in gathering, processing and storage capacity in the prolific Bakken shale could eat into natural gas flaring, possibly limiting it to 5% of total output by the end of 2020.
