Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a group of histologically indistinguishable neoplasm and can occur at any part of the neuroaxis. In the recent years, PNETs have been increasingly reported; however, reports of spinal location are very few. Primary epidural PNETs are very rare.
