Intracranial dolichoectasia (ICDE), a rare dilatative arteriopathy, usually affects elderly hypertensive population. However, ICDE in pediatric age is extremely rare, with less than five recorded cases, that too, involving isolated intracranial vessels. This report presents a child with ICDE involving multiple intracranial vessels, probably a first such report in the literature.
