摘要

The method of scanning electron microscopy is used to study the structure of refractory alloy ZhSBU-VI forming in the process of hot isostatic pressing. The stress-strain state of the metal is analyzed in the zone of a spherical pore in an approximation of the solution to the Lame problem for a void thick-wall sphere under the action of external hydrostatic pressure. An analytical dependence of the creep rate of the refractory alloy on the temperature-and-force parameters of the loading is used to perform a kinetic evaluation of the process of densification of turbine blade castings due to hot isostatic pressing.
