Lukoil to Send Iraqi Crude to Bulgarian Refinery

Lukoil plans to send heavy crude oil from its Iraqi West Qurna-2 field to Bulgaria for processing at its Neftokhim refinery, the company’s President Vagit Alekperov has said.
