The spot market for Russia’s key Espo crude oil blend is suffering from some supply drag but remains supported by firm Asian refining margins and high Mideast to Asia freight rates. Espo supply has increased for July loading compared to June, while an oversupply of light and medium sweet crudes is also undermining demand to a certain extent for the Russian grade.
