Belarus has abruptly increased transportation tariffs for Russian crude oil crossing its territory by 50% as the two countries continue to spar over gas prices. The move comes after Russia decided to cut crude shipments to Belarus' two refineries to 239,000 b/d in the fourth quarter, from 278,000 b/d in the third quarter and roughly 463,000 b/d in the first half (NC Sep.22'16).
