The structure, hardness, and characteristics of short-term strength and ductility in the temperature range 20 - 800 deg C are determined for microlayer composite materials of the Cu - Zr - Y - Mo system obtained by the method of electron beam evaporation and layer-after-later condensation from a vapor phase depending on the chemical composition and heat treatment.
