摘要

The microhardness and structure of coatings deposited by ion nitriding in low-pressure (on the order of 10~(-1) Pa) arc discharge plasma on steels with different alloying systems (37G2S, 25Kh5M, and R6M5) are considered. The characteristics of steels nitrided in arc discharge and by the traditional method (in a furnace) are compared.
