Lukoil's export quota to Germany was used in January by TNK-BP, which supplied an additional 250,000 tons (59,000 b/d) of crude oil to trader Sunimex last month. The supply chain was rather complicated and involved not only TNK-B P, but also Lukoil trading arm Litasco and Minco Enterprises, a successor of former state oil exporter Nafta Moskva. Sunimex, which controls Russian crude supplies to Germany, lifted the volumes from Minco.
