London-listed independent Cadogan Petroleum has run into a potential new setback in Ukraine after a court raised questions over the ownership of a field license. Cadogan said this week that Ukraine's Higher Administrative Court had found in favor of Poltavanafto-gazgeologiya (PNGG) in an appeal over the transfer of the Pirkovskoe license to PNGG's parent company, Nadra Ukryainy, in June 2007.
