We held a marketing committee meeting on May 31 and June 1. Craig Gulka, Derek Porter, Malcolm Smith, Dave Agy, and Jack Somppi participated. We worked on the following areas: Developing the new member structure introduction and implementation plan. A survey was agreed upon to present to the entire membership what members value in NCSLI, and how members believe the products and services received could be enhanced. An inexpensive NCSLI logo item is being given to all responders. That survey has since been mailed and the returns are above normal for such a research device. This information will be used to develop a marketing and operations strategy.
