Those of you who happen to read the Editor's Messages regularly, have noted my increasing enthusiasm and fervor for the Internet. Since I left my HP job for retirement, I have been dependent on Internet for my e-mail connections to old friends at HP, as well as the operational aspects of publishing the NCSL Newsletter.
