Russia: producers of structurals switch to open pricing policy

Russian producers had to reduce domestic prices in March amid a drop in quotations of import structurals. In particular, EvrazHolding has revised prices under March contracts, so those for 25-125 mm angle and 80-180 mm channel have gone downby 3-4%. Thus, the company has let traders know that they can purchase domestic products even cheaper than import ones.
