It was expected earlier that the suppliers would cut their prices by10%, though the contract prices have stayed unchanged as a result. Thus,European plants will be buying Polish hard coking coal (ash . 6.5-7%, moisture .8%, sulphur . 0.5%) at $232-242/t EXW in October-December, the samelevels as in Q3.
