摘要

The phase and structural states which occur in Ti_(50)Ni_(50-x)Cu_x (x = 10-25 at. percent) alloys under rapid quenching (10~6 K/s) from the liquid state have been studied by using methods of electrical resistance, x-ray and electron diffraction and light microscopy. A mixed amorphous-crystalline state is formed in the alloys with 10 and 15 at. percent Cu, and only amorphous phase is present in the alloy with 25 at. percent Cu. The transition to crystalline state takes place at temperatures 420-440deg C.
