摘要

The mechanisms and the kinetics of thermal relaxation of non-equilibrium structures in nanocrystahine intermetallic compounds are discussed (the re-covery of short- and long-range order, recrystallization, domain growth and internal stresses relaxation). The decrease of grain size has been shown to in-crease the integrated thermal effect and to change the contributions of these processes to the overall relaxation effect.
