Effective Shear Modulus and Internal Friction in Be Irradiated by the High-Energy Electrons

摘要

In this paper the regularities of the change of effective shear modulus and in-ternal friction with deformation amplitude and time in Be irradiated by high-energy ( ~18 MeV) electrons are investigated. An effect of anomalous libera-tion of dislocation under irradiation is revealed, and this causes the 'softening' of effective shear modulus, provided that deformation amplitudes are small, and the oscillating dependence of elastic energy on time. A presumption is made about the performance of 'dislocation-impurity cloud' system in the irradiated Be, that explains its anomalous properties.
