摘要

The structure of the amorphous alloy ZrTiCuNiBe is studied by methods of high-resolution combined field-ion and electron microscopy. Inhomogeneity of the structure of the alloy in the as-quenched state is revealed with a scale of the order of 10 run. Contour diagrams of energy isoclines are planed for the amorphous alloy The local energy of the field evaporation is varied within the interval of 6-8 percent. A conclusion was reached about the polymorphous structure of the alloy studied.
