Another year is well and truly upon us. It reinforces for us that constant change and adaptation are required to effectively manage and grow a foundry in the Asia Pacific which has now become the hotbed for growth, led by China and India on their wild growth curve. We all accept that change is a part of life. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but always constant. How we adapt to change determines whether our companies survive or not. Even those companies experiencing rapid growth can have their troubles as growing too fast is sometimes just as risky as a company which is declining.
