Integrated Approaches for Management of Rhizome Rot Complex in Ginger

Rhizome rot complex in ginger caused by Ralstonia solanacearum, Pythium spp., Fusarium oxysporum is managed through Rhizomes dipped in 0.2 per cent Curzate M8 + Streptocycline 0.05 per cent for 30 min + Soil application of neem cake @ 5q / ha + Soil application of Pseudomonas fluorescens and Trichoderma viride @ 10 Kg mixed with 25t FYM / ha + One drench with 0.2 per cent Curzate M8 immediately at the onset of the disease which was found effective in reducing disease incidence and population densityof pathogens along with increasing germination percentage, number of tillers per hill, plant height, yield and B:C ratio.
