In vitro studies were conducted to see the effect of twenty four seed isolates of A chroococcum and one soil isolate IARI-A41 showed that the average highest germination percentage of 93.5 per cent was noticed in two genotypes of Triticum durum with treatment of SI-12. whereas among the genotypes mean highest germination percentage was noticed in HD-4502 (84 3%). In case of other two genotypes of Triticuin aestivum the mean highest germination percentage of 85.5 per cent was observed with seed treatment of SI-16 and SI-17, where as, among the genotypes, mean highest germination percentage was noticed in APAU-1577 (82.11 %).
