摘要

In in vitro study conducted to know the effect of secondary and micronutrients (0.25 and 0.5.1 w/v) on growth, sporulation and antifungal activity of Trichoderma viride revealed that incorporation of secondary and micronutrients to the culture mediumpromoted maximum mycelial hiomass. profuse sporulation and high antagonistic effect of Trichoderma viride. The micronutrient, manganese sulphate was found to had high stimulatory effect followed by ammonium molybdate and secondary nutrients, magnesium sulphate and calcium sulphate. The micronutrients. copper sulphate and sodium horale were found to be highly fungitoxic to Trichoderma viride in both the concentrations and as these exerted 100 per cent growth inhibition of Trichoderma viride in liquid medium.
