Studies have shown that high-risk patients who have acute coronary syndromes (ACS) without ST-segment elevation benefit from early invasive treatment; however, only a small number of elderly patients were included in these trials. OBJECTIVE To determine whether elderly patients with non-ST-segment elevation ACS should be treated with an early invasive treatment strategy.
