摘要

Graves' disease and destruction-induced thyrotoxicosis can be discriminated on the basis of radioiodine uptake (RAIL)); however, this test is contraindicated during lactation. In addition, not all institutions have the facilities to assess this parameter.To evaluate whether measurement of thyroid blood flow can be used to differentiate between Graves' disease and destruction-induced thyrotoxicosis.
