Isolation and identification of histamine-release inhibitors from Pistacia weinmannifolia J. Pisson ex. Franch

摘要

Seven histamine-release inhibitors were isolated from Pistacia weinmannifolia J. Pisson ex. Franch. They were identified as gallic acid, 3-0-galloylquinic acid, methyl gallate, ethyl gallate, penta-0-galloyl-beta-D -glucopyranoside, myricetin 3-0-a-L-rhamnopyranoside, and myricetin- 3-0-(3"-0-galloyl)-a-L-rhamnopyrano-side. These compounds suppressed the compound 48/80-induced histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells.
