The first high rise unit construction has been completed on the southern end of Redcliffe Peninsula and plans for a further three are going through the approval process. JM Kelly Project Builders is putting the finishing touches to 27 high rise luxury units at Double Bay Woody Point, constructed with prefabricated walls and flooring. Site Manager, Bob Walker, said landscaping on the ten storey complex has been completed and the swimming pool is operational.
