This article is intended to provide a practitioner's perspective on how to implement a successful workforce planning strategy. Over the past eight years, the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station has been implementing a comprehensive workforce strategy to address Palo Verde's demographic challenges. "Palo Verde is a significant asset for Arizona Public Service," said Cindy Redding, the company's vice president of human resources.
