Limits of anti-optimization in MEMS design

摘要

MEMS design optimization uses different tools from its macroscopic counterpart,making it hard to apply the anti-optimization technique. Using the same method as inthe macroworld would make anti-optimization unacceptably slow, but with a differentalgorithm similar but not precise results can be achieved on an acceptable time scale.In some special circumstances, the algorithm can be made significantly faster byimposing a constraint in the search space.
