An original technology for the controllable formation of the catalytically active functional electrode nanocomposites based on porous silicon (PS) with platinum nanoparticles has been proposed. The nanocomposites are studied by electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry methods. The synthesized materials have demonstrated high electrocatalytic properties in the reactions of oxygen electroreduction and hydrogen oxidation
