Injection molded packaging is very cost effective

Injection molding is becoming increasingly attractive for the packaging industry. The reasons behind this trend include the use of stack molds, advances in hot runner technology and the use of thin-wall injection molding to reduce material usage. Special processes, such as in-mold labeling and multi-component technology, also contribute to a reduction in production steps, increased output and hence higher productivity.
