Some changes in the journal.

摘要

When I became Editor-in-Chief in 2008, I promised that we would not be making changes in the journal simply for the sake of change. My reasons were several, including the fact that I think that "newer" is not always "better." I am from Virginia, and there is a joke that it takes 3 Virginians to change a light bulb: 1 to actually change it and 2 to say how much better the old one was.
