Recent changes of plant phenology such as flowering and coloring and falling of leaves arerelated to global warming. For example flowering dates of Somei Yoshino (cherry tree) havebeen getting earlier year to year in Japan. It is considered that these phenomena relate to urbanwarming including global warming. Because many weather stations which observe the plantphenology are located in urban area.
