摘要

The method of homologous recombination in E. coli cells was used to obtain a pseudoadenovirus nanostructure Ad5-lf that ensures the effective expression of the lactoferrin (Lf) gene in a permissive cell system with the high production of recombinant protein, which is similar in some physicochemical and biological properties to native human Lf.It has been shown in vivo that the single intravenous introduction of this construction into mouse or rat organism results in the high expression and long circulation of recombinant human Lf in the blood of experimental animals without any toxic effect.The findings are evidence of the good prospects for using pseudoadenovirus nanostructure Ad5-lf for the prolonged production of recombinant human Lf in human organism.
