Reynolds Aluminum Supply Co. (RASCO), the North American service center arm of Alcoa Inc. will merge with Vincent Metal Goods in the United States and Atlas Ideal Metals in Canada, the metals distribution businesses owned by Australia-based BHP Billiton. Vincent and Atlas are united under the name NAMD.
