摘要

A complete scheme for an effective digital signal processing method for a dual-sensor resistivity probe in two-phase bubbly flow measurement was developed and verified. This method can be classified as phase discrimination, miscounted bubble identification and statistical analysis. The method has the advantage of incorporating the real physics of bubble-probe and liquid-probe interactions compared to previous methods. This paper also provides a method to identify the practically miscounted bubbles in the possible categories of signal pattern and to screen them from a diagnosis tree. The validity of this signal processing method was confirmed by the agreement of labelled sampling data and a comparison of integrated local values with known global references.
