As previously announced (page 94 of the April 2006 issue) the 2006 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute will take place at 87 Gower Street, London WC1 on Wednesday 21st June. The formal calling notice is enclosed herewith along with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2005. At the AGM the result of elections for nationally-elected Ordinary Members of Council will be announced. As no nominations for these posts have been received from the membership at large (the procedure for which was detailed in the April 2006 issue) the posts will be filled by members nominated by Council.
