An administrative law judge's decision finding a Georgia man liable for violations of federal laws involving the disclosure of lead paint was affirmed July 28 by the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (John P. Vidiksis v. Environmental Protection Agency. No. 09-12544, 11th Cir.; 2010 U.S. App. LEXIS 15536). (Opinion available. Document #14-100811-005Z.)
