摘要

Ayres contended that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and agents with the real estate agency of Michaelson, Connor & Boul failed to disclose the presence of lead paint in a property Ayres bought from HUD. The complaint named as defendants Alphonso Jackson, secretary of HUD; James Kelly, director of HUD; and Jackie Fantuzo, public information officer of Michaelson, Connor & Boul. Ayers contends that the June 29 ruling of U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Susan G. Braden was based on errors in the court's description and analysis of her claim, and she challenges the court's conclusion regarding the United States' sovereign immunity with regard to violations of theTSCA and RLBPHRA.

Braden)的判决是基于法院对索赔的描述和分析中的错误,她对法院关于美国对侵犯人权享有主权豁免权的结论提出质疑。 TSCA和RLBPHRA。
