Applied Research on Moisture Content Measurement: One Sided Capacitance Sensors

摘要

This paper elaborated the working principle on moisture-content analysis of one sided capacitance sensors.The influence of size and space of plates on the measure depth is compared and researched through some theoretical analysis and experiments.The relation between the measure signal moisture content and measure depth by the capacitance gauging circuit is obtained.
