EPA: Boston Landlord violated Federal Lead Disclosure Law

The EPA inspected Dr. Anthony Ping Zuo and Great Wall Properties and found that Zuo had not provided copies of the lead hazard pamphlet to his tenants and did not provide information about the presence of lead-based paint. Potomac River keeper (PRK) sued the National Capital Skeet and Trap Club, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (MDNR), and MDNR Secretary C. Ronald Franks in February 2005 for violating the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). PRK argued that the skeet and trap shooting at the club has resulted in lead deposits in the soil that threatens the environment.
