New York Appellate Panel Reverses 2.5 Million dollars Award On Procedural Grounds

Ronae and Sandra Griffin sued Milton Manning, Elizabeth Krup, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Joshua Krup, alleging lead poisoning. On Feb. 1,2002, a source in the chambers of a state court justice told Mealey Publications that the award would not stand and that the case needed to be retried because one of the defendants died during the trial.
