A&F Engineering, Clinton Township, MI, makes woodcutting tools for CNC routers used in the cabinet and furniture-making industries. One of its new tools, a compression cutter, cuts the top and bottom edges of laminated wood or composite panels in one pass. The resulting edges let furniture manufacturers eliminate a secondary operation.
